Grip Kerala Trip on 30th Jul - 6th Aug'11

From Suvarnnabhumi airport, Thailand on 30th
July ’11,
Prof. Koichi and I reached Changi airport, Singapore at 16.05 hrs. with safety,
waited Prof. Sho who is MD of GRIP Kerala, flied from Narita, Japan at one
coffee shop. Around 1.30 hours later, Prof. Sho came to meet us in Changi. The
2nd time to meet him, he was still being kind.
We, three, were arrived at Trivandrum, Kerala
at 21.45 hrs. Sabu came to pick up as usual and checked in at Travancore
Heritage Hotel. He always drives and takes care of us and sometime be a good
stranslator too. Like to be the one of dream team, Happy !!
On 31st Jul’11, going to the State Bank of
India to withdraw money at Statue, city centre of Trivandrum. Prof. Koichi felt
down at the bank ladder, it was not too high but we were worried that he cannot
walk or work, fortunately he was better step by step, like a miracle coz he was
master key for this trip too, cannot do without him, maybe this heart wish to
do for our kids, who will know ? …. The show must go on ….
In the morning of 1st Aug. ’11, We went to
Iddeki by Sabu’s car, we bought a lot of cakes and candies for kids of three
institutes, at a sweet shop at the foot of Church of Bishop. Reached Home of
Peace in the evening, the sisters, Father Roy and Bishop Arakal came hornorably
for greeting us, took delicious dinner and one night there. Frankly I knew
Bishop was so busy on that time but he can share this busy time to meet us for
2 times, like to be his VIP … Happy !! Second time for me to visit handicapped kids, first time in
Thailand, this time was the second. In the night, we met lovely handicapped
kids. We sat down at the centre of room, nice kids sat down and started to sing
many songs for us. One boy ignored to sing till one sister walked at him, after
that he went to wood bench and started to make one song from his hands. His
hands were not completed but tried hard to make nice song for us, that time my
tear was come out. Then I returned from deep heart by singing and walking like
a duck as my song, Prof. Sho came to join at the end of duckling row … Seems they were enjoyed with me too. We have
the completed organs, goodluck more … I wished to go there every year … still keeping good memory with them … This is real life. Donated 10,000 rupees. Hope the next year and
every year we can donate more …
On 2nd Aug ’11, we visited Hiromi Memorial
Home, met little kids and sisters, some kids were walking along the hill to go
to school and can see us then saying “ bye bye “ together, it
was nice, the left small kids stayed there, they cannot go to school coz too
small we enjoyed from their singing, donated with 10,000 rupees. Then went to
Kumily and checked in at Ambadi Hotel. The next was Nava Jeevan Trival Girl Hostel, and we visited tribal
girls in the evening. First time in my life to get a lot of flowers along the
hill. No need to be gorgeous or come from famous florist, they were so pure
fresh and beautiful … It was pure
beautiful flowers from pure heart of tribal girls, how goodluck and happy
I was. We entertained together, all nice
songs came from them include dancing of tribal style.Who me? Yeees! I performed here too Thai kid
dance
of Duckling with a song involving all the girls and their young tutor
together . Donated 10,000 rupees in total for the hostel. See a Youtube :

Returned to Travancore Hotel on 3rd Aug’11
and prepared for going to Care Plus in Trivandrum on 4th Aug’11.
On 4th Aug’11, we went to meet kids of Care
Plus in the Cancer Centre of the Medical College, one girl made one souvenir
from nice shells, rings, necklages by hand. A nice poem from one boy, nice picture drawing from a
little girl. No need to return something, just have done as you can … it was enough. We knew all of them cannot go
to school in the morning from waiting to meet us. Oh, thank you so much.
Donated with 30,000 rupees for kids and 10,000 rupees for Care Plus Team.
In the evening, we had dinner with Mr.Praveen
and his family at a nice restaurant in the city centre. Frankly before going to
Kerala, he had contacted with many people in Kerala for us, such as Bishop,
Father Roy, Home of peace, Care Plus. He works with big company in Kerala and
always be busy, always ring to be called from his mobile phone during on dinner
time and cannot travel with us but can share his time for us, thank you so much
indeed. He is a master key person of our Grip Kerala too, I think.
On 5th Aug’11, we met one friend, Mayumi San
who is a member of GRIP Kerala and lives in Trivandrum and went to Organic
Factory together.
On 6th Aug’11 in the evening, departed from
the newly built airport of Trivandrum for the transit in Changi, Singapore.
To be reached Suvarnnabhumi airport at 8.35
am on 7th Aug’11 with safety. Wish to go to Kerala every year because our kids
are waiting for us … Pls wait us,
